Short answer
VB EU is the mandatory refresher course that renews the Danish van driver qualification certificate (varebilschaufføruddannelsesbevis). The course lasts two days and there is no exam. If your certificate has expired, you may not continue commercial van driving until the refresher course has been completed.

When do you need it?
The certificate is valid for five years as a rule. Before it expires, you take the two-day refresher course, and the certificate is renewed. There is no exam on the refresher course.
